GPA-7 is very easy to use and it only it takes a couple of minutes for you to calculate your GPA.

1. 1.To begin simply enter your 1st year subject names and the respective grades out of 100. Complete all the fields for your 1st year of university or college.
   

2. 2.Once you have finished entering your 1st year results, push the Year 2 tab on the bottom of the screen.
   

3. 3.Then simply enter in your 2nd year results. Then push the Year 3 tab on the bottom of the screen and do the same for your 3rd year results.
   

4. 4.Finally push the GPA tab on the bottom of screen and then push the Calculate GPA button and you have your GPA.
   

Note: If your course was longer than 3 years, you must enter the 3rd last year results. For example if your degree is 5 years in length, then you must enter your 3rd year results in Year 1, 4th year results in Year 2 and final(5th) year subjects in Year 3.

If you wish to calculate your GPA but you have not completed or are completing your degree then simply follow these instructions.

1. 1.Simply follow the instructions as above, but make the following changes.
   

2. 2.If you have only completed one or two years of your degree, then just enter in the values for Year 1 and/or Year 2, don’t worry about the Year 3 tab.
   

3. 3.On the GPA tab, there are switches located next to each respective year. If you have only completed 1 year of your degree, then turn both switches OFF. If you completed 2 years of your degree, then only turn OFF the switch next to Year 3.
   

4. 4.Then push Calculate GPA, and you have your correct GPA.
